Outstanding Teacher Nomination Form

You are invited to nominate a Biology & Wildlife faculty member for teaching excellence. The nominee can demonstrate outstanding teaching in any of a variety of ways including but not limited to classroom teaching skill, teaching commitment, and innovative teaching approaches. The recipient will be recognized at the CNSM year-end event in May. Nominations can be submitted by any enrolled full or part-time UAF student (undergraduate or graduate).
