After moving to Alaska I fell in love with the Northern Lights. The dancing lights, with their vibrant colors, create a mesmerizing spectacle that can spark a sense of wonder and awe - every time I see them. One of my most favorite things to do EVER is to take the dogs on a snowshoe at night while the lights are dancing above us. That always makes me remember why I decided to live where the air can hurt your face...

"We define ourselves far too often by our past failures. That's not you. You are this person right now. You're the person who has learned from those failures. Build confidence and momentum with each good decision you make from here on out and choose to be inspired." -Joe Rogan
I love living in Alaska, it's always an adventure! I was a tour guide with for the first several years after moving to 海角论坛. I operated a 25-passenger coach on the infamous Dalton Highway and took visitors to the Arctic Circle and beyond. I have an affinity for the Arctic and the North.
For anyone who didn't get a chance to come to the live storytelling event, Dark Winter Nights: True Stories from Alaska in November 2019 at Hering Auditorium when I told my story "The Little Tour Bus that Could"- you get a second chance! Here is a link to the where I share the story of the worst whiteout I have ever come across while guiding on the Dalton Highway.
I have made a home for myself in the Interior and currently live and work in 海角论坛, AK with my two wonderful dog babies, Beauty and Fizzy.
