User Forum Notes for 7-25-19

General requests: 

• Ian: In fairbanks, can we have a night at the dorm included in the user day rate? As well as try to get to/from T3 can be challenging, so how can we include everything

• In addition to rogue sauna, can we have more rogue suck truck visits, to help prevent back splash in the towers? Dobkowski suggests a ‘threat level’ of backsplash in the towers. Scott will try to get the truck to do the towers more frequently. If you have concerns about splashing, go to the tower behind Muskox dorm.

• Really liked the new locks! Vacant/In-use. Maybe try to update the hooks in the tower by the meeting tent, they are getting harder to 

• Fix the sauna so the water that circulates is hot water, and get rid off the pitchers.. Addressed the sauna rebuild, fundraiser for the wood finishes (cedar benches for example). Think about egress window as emergency exit.

• It would be nice to install a clothesline to hang towels, because there are a lot of wet dirty towels inside. With no air flow, the entrance can get really smelly. 

• Best science support out there, thanks Toolik!

• Communal art supplies would be nice!

• Can we move the WP E/W so there’s less light coming in the morning
